The Guayaki Yerba Mate energy drinks are a favorite. Plenty of caffeine, and just enough calories that you can drink it without having something to eat with it. It’s also a plus not having the artificial sweetener aftertaste. It’s not as sweet as many other energy drinks, and I like that it’s not carbonated.I normally buy these at H‑E‑B, as the price is comparable, and they have occasional sales, but my local store recently stopped carrying the orange flavor. Tastes great and is a great way to maintain energy levels for an extended period of time. I would not recommend tp consume if you hope to sleep within the next 6 hours as this is the equivalent of about 3 cups of coffee.

The drink isn't actually that bad. Zero sugar allegedly and the taste is muted a bit, but still quite nice. The boost I got was also fairlyu strong and I guess no real crash.

I love the tea, I only wish I could afford more, perhaps I would try one of the other flavors I have seen. 😁

I wanna say this has been life-changing! No harp, palpitations, no jitteriness, no crash. Just alertness focus and energy must purchase if you guys are thinking about it!
