Robust Blades
By accident when I purched my Scroll Saw I brought the wrong blades, The one that came with the machine lasted 3 years, when I went to install the ones I had I found my Mistake. Now these are amazing they turned up within 3 days of purchase and cut through the wood like a hot knife in Butter.I will recommend these blades and the seller for there fast responce.

Great Value
I bought myself a scroll saw in 2016, thinking I'd use it every day and would soon become a scroll saw guru... when I used my super-deluxe new scroll saw for the first time, and watched in horror as the flimsy blade just wandered off to do it's own thing somewhere miles away from the cut-line, I declared it to be "rubbish" (I actually swore a lot) and consigned it to the bench of no return, forgetting all about until August 2019When I went back to my scroll saw I decided some new blades would be required, so I bought these. I didn't want to spend a fortune on them because I figured I might only use the saw once or twice but how wrong I was, I actually used it about 14 times, amazing!Being realistic, scroll saws require a very steady hand and oodles of patience I'm not known for either of those things but I decided to settle down and set about cutting out some Penguins (don't ask) from 6mm MDF - it was really easy! The blades are a fantastic mix of flexibility and pointiness. They cut very well, they bend and flex very well and they return to shape very well too. I changed the blade every two or three Penguins (Penguins can vary in size) and that ensured a good, clean, accurate cut every time. Silverline tool are often maligned as being cheap and nasty but I'm a big fan and recommend these blades to all and sundry.

scrollsaw blades silverline 24 tpi
Decent pin end blades for a low price. Last around half to three quarters of an hour cutting 12mm baltic birch ply. Could use better quality blades, but at a much higher price.Perhaps I will try them sometime, meanwhile I will continue to use these.Incidentally a straight line can be cut it just needs practice, as do curves when it does not pay to be in too big a hurry and you need to back off from time to time.

Scroll blades.
Good quality for a fair price. In use they seem to cut very well and leave clean lines.

Check tooth number. these claim 21 tpi but that is still quite coarse for a scroll-saw
not many teeth per inch.

Maybe it’s me……
I have a few Silverline products that are perfectly serviceable.I don’t know if it’s me, my saw or these blades but I get a massive amount of lift and chatter that makes the workpiece difficult to control.I have discontinued using the blades and will not be buying them again.
