I got this for my husband. He says it's painful on his back, but it does wonders on his feet!

I have a smaller one that really gets deep into the muscle. This one does not get deep but I like this percussion feature that taps on your back with the heat. It’s very easy to use. The heat feature is not as warm as I thought it would be. The value is ok, not the best because it has not met all of my requirements for my back. The quality is good.

I bought this massager because for the price it was middle of the aisle, and those usually produce good results. As a massager, it's great and the 3 different settings for intensity are nice.It claims to be a heating massager and mine produces no heat, which is a big part of the pain relief. There's 2 different settings for heat but neither work. I'm keeping it because its massages well enough and I'm too lazy to returnUpdated - the company offered me a full refund and I am very happy with their customer service

This massager was supposed to have three features. Heat, Shiatsu and Percussion. The first two work fine. The percussion was very hit or miss. The first one that came, the percussion would only work for 5 -20 seconds at a time. Okay, maybe it was faulty so I got a replacement. The replacement came and it was also hit or miss. I got it to work for a maximum of 2 minutes. Thats out of about 20 tries. Most times, it worked for the same 5-20 seconds with one time lasting 2 minutes. The 2 minutes it did work, it was great but I'm not going to keep a product that I have to pray works every time I turn it on. This is the second unit and both looked brand new so I can't say I got sent used items. All I can say is that I was sent two faulty items. I can't very well give more than one star to products that don't work as intended.
