Dragonfly Super Hot Roasted Chili Oil - 340 Grams/12 Ounces

One of the best chili oil out there and I've tried almost all of them!

This is one thing that is a complete staple in the house. I've tried other chili oils and this one has got SUCH a great flavor. And by great flavor, I mean it feels COMPLETE. It doesn't feel like there's something missing in the dish with this added and some other ingredients.The quality is superb, I keep mine out of the fridge after opening and it's never been a problem. I have also kept it IN the fridge before, and other than it being kind of difficult to scoop out, never had a problem.The bottle has always come proper and there hasn't been any leakage.The texture of this is that of a regular chili oil, but more dry. And it's SPICY. Even if you don't like a LOT of spicy, I would still get this because a VERY LITTLE can go a LONG WAY, and mixing it with other ingredients can be worth it on it's own.I LOVE spicy and I use this mainly to make a sauce for ramen (this, mirin, veggie oil, soy sauce and sesame oil), or even for that viral chili oil pasta that was going around for awhile, and I like it spicy, so I use good chunk each time, and this whole jar has lasted me... I don't know, at least 6 months so far. And I still have probably a month or so left of it. So if you're looking for something with value for your money and you like spicy and flavor then definitely give this a try.

Cooking with Dragonfly super-hot roasted chili oil requires only a tiny amount. There really is no comparison with other chili oil or chili sauce in terms of heat. Dragonfly is the best out there for cooking spicy Chinese dishes.

This is by far the best chili oil I have ever tried, and i have tried a lot. This oil has no weird funky fishy flavors just spicy goodness just a few drops make the magic happen. I use it on fried eggs, fried rice sandwiches, dals curry etc. Once you try it you will never buy anything else. It's SUPER HOT.

I love chili oil so much! As in I like a little Chinese or Thai to go with my chili oil lol. I always prefer restaurant versions because it’s often homemade and unique and original and delicious. However, this is the best that I can find for store bought. It’s legitimately a little spicy and so tasty! Enjoy

As stated, no liquid oil, just a massive clump of everything but oilAbsolutely not how chili ‘oil’ is made or used in any and all of the restaurants I have been toIt like it needs to be reconstituted/have oil added and mixed

Love the flavor. Can’t find this at any of my local stores. It came hardened but still taste amazing. Definitely recommend.
