Having a Chromebook that actually works
When we opened it the charging cable wires were exposed then on opening the Chromebook there was a tiny crack in the bottom of the screen and also when the charger was plugged in the laptop did not work.There was also no warranty which it said there would be and no instruction book.We brought the laptop for our daughter for her birthday and have now had to go and purchase a new one.Would never buy a laptop of Amazon again and especially from this particular seller.We are now returning the laptop as it is faulty.

Don’t update software
Why sell a product that don’t support updates well it’s no good to me it will be going back
