The media could not be loaded. I had bought this bicycle for daily commute to office and also to carry along when i move between cities. I'm quite happy with my purchase as it fulfilled my requirements.What i liked:- Full size folding bike, you dont feel like riding a kids bike it's full size- Excellent quality, solid frame, perfect tyres and smooth gear system- The only folding bike i found with gears- No assembly required, just unfold it out of the box and ready for riding- just takes 1 min to fold/unfold, superb design just requires some practice- I had to struggle a bit to put it in my vw polo car trunk but it fits- I never felt like the bike will disassemble when riding and i might fall. just ensure the coupler is properly lockedI tried to carry it in banglore metro, but they did not allow. apparently there wont be space for people to stand then how can i carry.What could have been better:- The cycle does not have any kind of suspension, not to seat or not to the wheels. On some bumpy roads it really hurts to ride. bought a cushion for seat but it is not that helpful- could have added a bell and light. I could not fix one because of the handle folding mechanism.- If there was a slot to fix bike computer on the handle it would have been very useful.I have not found any sort of quality issues other than the seat fixing bolt was broken (threads are gone), and i see rust forming in few spots.To the brand owners: please provide a user manual, it is difficult to find some useful info in the internet that suits this bicycle. Add details like regular maintenance, tyre size - air pressure, basic info about gears.And please work on providing a suspension, it is an amazing product.

Well, I was looking for a bicycle to have some casual workout and to accompany my daughter. Shortlisted one and asked my daughter if it looks good. She inturn asked me "is it foldable?" This question made me look for a foldable bicycle and came across the hornback! Got the M1 after looking for many reviews and discussions with the hornback team. They explained me and answered all my questions promptly.Now, coming to the bicycle, it's a great new addition to our vehicle family. The perfect vehicle to counter global warming! The build quality of the bicycle is excellent (its a bit on the heavier side which also shows its durability). Despite being a foldable (world's first full sized bicycle), never you'll feel that you're riding a foldable bicycle.It feels so sturdy. The gear shifts and disc brakes are spot on. In short, it's an engineering marvel! Kudos to the hornback team for making a great made in India product. Expecting many more models to cater various segments. Above alll, the company has an extremely customer focused support team and a hassle-free 2 years warranty on the entire bicycle! What more can you expect? If you are looking for a full sized bicycle, simply go for it without any second thought. (even if you don't need a foldable think it as an additional feature you get for the same price of a normal bicycle + the peace ofmind warrantyand excellentsupport backed by team hornback! )

Mudguards are of very low quality and overall built quality is not great given the price tag of 20k. A lot of other options are available, better to consider those.

The bike feels solid even though it is a foldable one. Was a bit worried while buying about the same but that was cleared when I received the product. It feels comfortable to ride and came with mudguards and a stand (which was good).The bike came pre assembled and was good to ride as soon as it was unfolded. On the weight side it felt a bit heavy to me, but my previous bike was having an aluminium frame so that could be why.The folding/unfolding process seemed a bit daunting but I'm able to do it faster and faster with each attempt. It took some time to understand how it should be folded and unfolded (there were good videos on the topic from the manufacturer on YouTube).

I received this cycle few weeks back at my home location, it was delivered in folded position. So in the beginning I found it difficult to fold and unfold it but then I realized I need to check the video tutorials and follow the steps properly. Also I have connected with customer support, they were available whenever I needed. After following all the steps 2-3 times properly I am now able to fold and unfold it very easily.I found this bicycle useful and Portable, had a good experience with this... Bicycle Design is excellent and parts are also of very good quality.

I have been absolutely loving this bike. Perfect for daily commuting and easy transport.Seat could have been little wider.
