Good trap for catching cats.
Had to buy this for one of my cats that got stuck in the crawlspace of my house. Set it up and within. 2 hours my cat was back where he belongs, with me. :) he is on the smaller side so I’m notSure if a bigger (thicker) cat would fit but for his size it worked really well.

NOT a CAT trap
The humane society considers this cage size a squirrel trap - do NOT buy if you are trapping feral cat as it will be rejected.

Easy to use
I caught a couple of squirrels who camped out in my attic. Released them in a wooded area down by the river.

Great traps to humanely remove unwanted pests.
These are great little traps if you have critters causing damage to your property that you want to remove in a humane way. Last spring we had a baby rabbit that decided he liked to eat all the annuals we planted. He particularly liked marigold leaves and would strip the plant of all but the flower which apparently didn't taste good to him. My wife was very upset but I didn't have the heart to shoot the little guy. Next spring we will be prepared with these traps. I was able to assemble them without reading the directions but there is a good video on the Amazon page which shows how easy it is to assemble them. The trigger hook was binding a bit which I easily corrected by bending it out a bit from the cage proper. All in all you get 2 fully functioning well built traps which should provide years of service.

Great product
Easy set up and works great for rodents , gophers, small animals. Easy to release as well. Humane and cost effective
