I get cold easy in the winter I do service work so Im standing outside waiting at doors and freeze. These are perfect because it adds a very nice layer of air warmth or something being tight to the skin where I don't get cold from the wind and it's always windy and also when I'm working inside after it wicks moisture very well and self regulates so I don't get hot and sweaty.

I ordered this for my husband, it's so soft and warm, some time my husband wears it with jeans and office pants, people barely can tell from the look. He likes it a lot. We ordered two pants from this link, they all good!

I'm on my 4th purchase of Lapasa men's merino base layer leggings.What has greatly impressed me: The wool is soft, the size is perfect and the durability is beyond expectation.I am currently suffering from a whole body skin condition that's itchy and painful at times. Clothing hasn't been comfortable to wear over the past 3 month. Though... through this cold winter, in the N of the USA, I've lived in my Lapasas.Not only do they not feel itchy, but they have withstood daily laundering in HOT water with an extra rinse.They go from a hot water wash to a hot and long time in the dryer and have stood up to the abuse.(not that I would recommend this to anyone unless you want to make sure you're clothing is notcontaminated. )I'm a tall, thin woman and find the men's sizes to be more accommodating.Two more pair on the way!

I purchased this base layer because I enjoy the brand and was looking for something comfortable I could wear around the house. These are very comfortable and I use them as lounge pants. I wouldn't wear them outside the house or if I had company over but I frequently wear them when I am just looking for something comfortable to throw on. You could also use them as a base layer if you were going out in the cold/snow. The material has a little bit of stretch, so there is no pulling around the ankles or waist. There is no drawstring around the waist but the elastic does the job. The pants are very soft against the skin. I have included some pictures, for reference I am 6'1" and about 185 pounds. I purchased a medium, and they fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend these pants.

I have more expensive merino wool under layers and these in no way compare. They say they’re 100% merino and 200gm but they are somewhat thin and a little itchy. For a few more dollars get merriwool 250gm. They are the closest thing I’ve found to my expensive icebreakers and just as comfortable.
