Regarding the refurbished status of the device:I couldn't tell. Looked, felt, and functioned as new.Regarding the design and function of the device:- One of, if not *the* best keyboard case you can get for a previous generation iPadPros:- No batteries to charge or replace, no bluetooth to pair, no need to turn the keyboard on and off.- Keyboard is about as good as it gets for an 11" device. Good feel, good key spacing and travel, near-instant response.- Trackpad is okay - nice to have for a few key functions, otherwise irrelevant on a device like the iPad. Every other manufacturer's trackpad has been worse (except Apple, of course).- Thin, light, protective.- The fabric covering is excellent. *Much* better than the material used on the new version of this case. Feels good, no fingerprints, doesn't seem to attract dirt, etc. I wish everything came with this kind of covering.Cons:- I wish, I wish, that the kickstand would work in portrait orientation as well as landscape. Yes, even though the keyboard would have to be disconnected. This is a big missing feature for me.- You can't use the keyboard when it's disconnected from the main case. I don't care, some others do. Logitech could make a bluetooth connection device that attaches to the magnetic connector on the keyboard, but they obviously don't see a market for it.That's about it. Solid option, definitely the best value for $ spent in my eyes.

I’ve been using this for about a week now in medical school. I can confidently say that this has enabled me to almost completely replace my laptop. Yes, the case and keyboard are heavier than I had expected, but it remained incredibly portable and the utility is unmatched.The case looks really sleek and modern. The texture feels great to me. It’s responsive, and I’d argue the typing experience is better than Apple’s butterfly keyboard. I also like the little notch the case has to house my pencil.If I had ANY criticism, it would have to be with the tiny difficulty I sometimes have opening the case, or detaching the screen from the keyboard. I would also like if the pencil was slightly more secure to eliminate the possibility of it getting knocked off (I have not dealt with this yet).In terms of battery life, I have not noticed any drastic change. I still get at least a full day from my iPad with this case, though sometimes I have the keyboard detached (which is such a great feature.

My version of this device is a “renewed” purchase thus, I paid about $100 less than a new one. That said, I am extremely happy. It arrived in a plain box with no documentation. The keyboard was perfect but the case was definitely not and actually had a crack on one corner. So why do I give this a five star review? That’s because it is amazing as the reviews said and I saved $100 off the current new price (fixed the crack with a little glue). This thing literally turned my iPad Pro into a laptop computer. The backlit keys are wonderful as are the keys that adjust volume, display brightness, keyboard backlight intensity, lock and much more that I haven’t quite figured out. Another positive is that you can easily remove the keyboard and just use the iPad while it’s protected by a basic, very small footprint case. Meanwhile, with it closed up, covered by the keyboard, it’s in a solid enclosure that will likely protect it from a bad drop. Read the online reviews. This case/keyboard lives up to what they say and at the renewed price, it’s a no brainer.

The media could not be loaded. Worth the wait. Purchased Mar 28, arrived today, Apr 6. As advertised, quick and easy installation. Plug and play. So far so good - everything’s working as expected. Easily detaches kb, which is also a great feature. It’s a bit heavy but not a bother. I still love it 😍. Highly recommended vs apple kb coz price wise, this is way more affordable and has the same features too as apple. Love the color too! Thanks seller, Logitech and courier! 👏🏼
