Fantastic
I wanted to try out a dual chamber case and needed at least 9 fans to fill all the available fan space. These worked out the cheapest and they are incredible for the price. I must admit that I didn't really want RGB fans but the RGB ring does look good. The picture I attached just shows one colour, I was just testing them on the bench before I put them in the case. The fans are very quiet, no motor noise or resonance/vibration, just the slight woosh of air movement. There is a daisy chain connector for power and RGB on each fan, so although I have 9 fans in the case (6 in, 3 out), they only need 3 fan headers on the motherboard. I put them in groups of 3 just so I could control each section of airflow. I tend to set fans at a constant speed as I find any constant noise more tolerable than fans ramping up and down. At between 600-800 rpm these fans move a decent amount of air and are essentially silent. Around 800-1000 rpm the movement of air (noise) starts to become apparent but is still whisper quiet.Overall a great fan that is incredible for the price.

Super clean way to RGB
The media could not be loaded. The are fantastic fans. Even when run to max fan speed, they're quiet enough and no whine.Used both normal and reverse types throughout my upgrade build. The aesthetic of these fans is perfect for those who want a touch of ARGB without looking like a kids project. The ring of ARB mixed with the very deep black gives a very clean and mature take on RGB cases, and if turned of can't be seen at all.

Great quality fans!
The media could not be loaded. A quick call out here, these fans are absolutely superb, but if you're like me and thought the rgb would light up with a 12v 4 pin header, you're unfortunately wrong. There's also a 3 pin header on this fan with a daisy chain the same as the 4 pin.Long story short I don't have a 5v argb connection on my board, just 2 4 pin12v headers and as I had a fan hub bought, and was very impressed with the price and build quality, I decided to just keep the fans and cut off the daisy chains and 3 pin connectors to make for way less wiring. All worked perfectly, just no rgb ring. I now know I could have bought a converter or something for the 5v 3 pin argb, but I'm trying to keep my build clean as possible. Very impressed overall but heed the above.

Didn't live up to the billing
Cheap and cheerful, on one of the fans, one of the wires wasn't connected to the fan power header, it had never been connected to pin, easy enough to take the pin out of the header then insert the wire and clap it with a pair of pliers, but it should never made it off the production line, quality control. Apart from that, cheap RGB fans but they do look OK in the case, I have ordered some other RGB fans, Not 100% in to them.

Amazing
Amazing fans - Light rings look great, not as full on as full RGB fans. Literally can't be beaten for the price.

TL-S12 X3 great value
Bought TL-S12x3 pack Thermalright to replace a noisy bearing fan on the Thermalright Assassin X120 Refined SE. So bonus with two extra fans to add extra to rear of case. New design RGB fan from the Thermalright TL-C12C-S. Arrived in a compact box with a small bag of screws. So far impressive for £13.59. Silent, got 1493 RPM at full speed instead of 1500. So my margin of error runs at rated speed. Besides the woosh of the pushed air, these fans are silent to my ears. Will be buying more of these if building a new PC in the near future.

Amazing value
The media could not be loaded. Nothing to fault 3 boxed pwm fans with PST. Argb which have daisychain. 1500 max rpm. Really quiet. Halo ring front and rear all for £13, less than £5 per fan. Amazing.
