@baybee brand drogo chairI bought this chair before almost 20 days but after that I went for vacation and my parents received this chair behalf of me. And when I came back from vacation before 6 days then I unboxed this drogo gaming chair and I started using in my work.But the reasone I bought this chair that I have a back pain. And I saw some YouTube video about this chair and they were saying that it’s good comfortable chair for back pain also and there is massager also so I thought may be really it’s good comfortable chair because this chair looks good material is good but in term of seating comfort it’s not good at all and this chair is slightly down to the forward so it’s more uncomfortable for me.When I used continue 4 days my back pain is again increasing it’s not giving any relief in my back pain but it’s giving extra pain to my back may be because this chair is slightly down to the forwardWhich is very uncomfortable to sitting.and when I reclining this chair the reclining function is not smooth. so I decide that I will not use this chair for nowSo I had my old chair in my office and I started using that old chair and honestly my old chair is more comrtable then this chair which I bought from local market in only 4500 inrAnd because I was out of town I started using thisDrogo chair after almost 15 days where return window is already closed so I can’t return this chair through the app now so I feel bad to say that my 17000 money is wasted it’s not worth because I am not using this chair now.But I would like to request to the company that Please if you can return this chair it will be great help for me because now it’s not any use for meI don’t wanted to write this review but because return window has closed so I have only this option to reach to the company.So company maid this chair very good in term of material build quality it’s heavy chairBut I have a serius back pain so my first priority is comfort to my back. [Update after few days of usage]: I still like it but it has started making squeaky noise whenever I sit or recline so it seems that materials used aren't of great quality.--------------------------------------------This is my first chair of such types and I bought it for my home office setup. I started liking it the moment it arrived and assembling it was fun too. You can easily assemble it, all on your own, in around an hour but having another hand with make it much quicker. Here's my quick review, I have only used it for a day and I am loving it so far. I will write long term usage review if my opinion changes after using it.PROS:- Arm rest are height adjustable and you can also rotate them according to the angel of your arm while typing- Lumbar support has an inbuilt massager which you can plug in to any USB. I thought the vibration of the massager would be weak (as it can also run on your laptop's usb) but it's pretty decent to my surprise- Chair base is sturdy and wheels seem durable too- Chair cushioning is also pretty good and won't hurt bums after prolongated usage- You can recline the back support at 90 degree downwards, pull leg-rest out, and make it like a flat bed for a quick nap. Or incline at around 45 degree for readingCONS:These are not actually cons but things I would expect in the chair in this range- Arm rest wobbles a little which looks cheap (which I think is the case with all office chairs I have used)- Leg rest rod wobbles too, the diameter of leg rest holder can be little less (or can have some padding) to make it less wobbling- You can only unlock or lock rocking but can't lock it at different angel- There should have been a small pocket on the back side of the back rest to keep USB cable which keeps hanging
