Protected my guns when I stored them in an open-cell foam case. I clean them as usual, wipe down any blued surfaces, and set them in the case without a worry about rust.

Seems to be working fine
Have only had this for a short time but the idea is a good one. I have guns that stay in the safe for months at a time that I sometime neglect to take out and clean and oil. Hopefully this will help keep rust away in the humid South!
