I purchased this for 1 reason only. To wash my soffit, fascia and gutters. Amazing way to clean that black gunk that collects on the underside of the gutters and fascia and soffit from dirt and debris from mowing grass or when it's been a dry season....the extension is awesome as the heads DO NOT SPIN OR TWIST! I bought the 20ft. Length and while I stood on the ground and used dawn dish soap to wash them, it removed the grime with ease(4 years worth)!! I did of course get wet and a little sore from reaching up, next year I'll put myself in the tractor bucket 😀 but the extension glide smoothly and really lock in place, it is not bendy or flimsy like others I've purchased. Highly recommend, each head screws on with easily and stays!!! The heads are 4 different softness and a nice squeegee too...extremely light in comparison to others I've had, but again when extended the pole does not bend or waver.....

The extension pole and brushes have worked well for me. I used it a couple of times, and it worked great. When extended all the way, it does flex quite a bit but that is to be expected for that far of a reach. The pole may have had a defect (or maybe I was too rough with it) because it broke apart just below the threads after using it a couple of times. But after going to the Extend-A-Reach support page and sending them a text, they replied quickly and were happy to rush-send me a new pole along with a bonus squeegee head. That really impressed me! It is a family run company, and they are doing well with keeping their customers happy. I would definitely purchase from them again in the future.

With this, cleaning siding just got that much easier. I hope to get good use out of it.The good. The pole seems sturdy and the brushes are well made.The bad. The clips seem a little weak. One clip came delivered broken. It doesn't really affect function the way it broke, but it doesn't give me confidence that those clips are going to hold up like the rest of the tool will.

I am 5'6" and could reach the peak of my two story house when it was fully extended. It was a bit unwieldy but I was able to clean the peak without a ladder - which is why I purchased it. The brush works well on my vinyl siding. Very light weight and the locks worked well. Glad I purchased it.

New pole and brushes very impressed with the quality of the pole. In my case, the brushes had defects. The seller was very gracious & immediately shipped out a new set of perfect brushes. They even shipped at expedited shipping which wasn’t necessary but very kind. I am planning on buying more brushes from the seller to expand my use of this very helpful tool. Should have got these years ago, saves me so much extra time & work.
