I have not used it yet but I think it will work just fine. I thought the plastic was a little heavier but I think it is strong enough.

I have used these to bring in pot luck meals for work. Now I dont think they keep the food warm but I have a carrying case that has insulation to help with that! But these do work amazing for carrying cakes and the metal cake bans wont bend! These are great and I love the colors!

Received just in time for Christmas so I know what I'll be transporting the turkey in! This container is so handy and I love that it neatly fits an aluminum foil tray for quick and easy clean up. The container seems to be nice and sturdy and also looks good.
