The media could not be loaded. I just got this and set it up. I liked the design of it and the fact that it was a humidifier and salt rocks all in one. See my post with the pictures of what it looks like where the water is put in. It makes it nice because you don’t have to take the whole thing apart. Reviews on this were so mixed, and it had that warning of, this item is often returned. But I took a chance on it anyways hoping it worked. So far the last 15 minutes is going well.I’m really impressed with the humidifier part where the mist comes out is very strong and the salt rocks with the heat bulb are beautiful.It came with a good amount of rocks I didn’t even put them all in. It also came with two extra heat bulbs and a little watering container.

Pure Enrichment PureGlow Crystal is a beautiful addition to any room. The Himalayan rocks are stunning, and the light adjustment feature is a great value for the money. It definitely brings a calming effect and fills the room with great smells.

I purchased this product in hopes of boosting the mood and energy of my home as my mother had just passed. When it arrived, my daughter and I were very excited. The Himalayan salt rocks lit up beautifully, but unfortunately, the oil diffuser wasn't working. I called the product's company and spoke to a very kind customer service representative named John Kevin. Unfortunately, I did not have the amazon order number. I told him I'd get it and call the next day. When I called the next day, I spoke to Hannah Dobrott. It was late in the day, five minutes to closing, and she treated me like it was the beginning of her day. She suggested that I would ensure that the lid was on properly, and that perhaps I should use a little less water. She was willing to stay on the phone with me while I put her suggestions to use. I told her I would take her suggestions and call her the next day for her to go home to her family, since after losing my mom, family time is very important. She thanked me and I told her I would talk to her the next day. I used her advice and the product worked wonderfully. Left her a voicemail the next day to thank her and she called me to thank me and was happy that everything worked well. I will be doing my holiday shopping with this company.

Ok the product is BEAUTIFUL. I love that it's a salt lamp and oil diffuser in one. I loved the different settings for the light. But the oil diffuser does not work so I have to return this. I'm bummed cause this was the perfect combination. Now I have to buy an oil diffuser and a salt lamp. If only the oil diffuser worked this would have been the most beautiful and useful product.I don't want to risk ordering another one and it not working so I'm just going to go to some local store and buy an oil diffuser so I can finally put my oils to work.I don't know why but it's leaking water. When I took it apart to pack it the area where you put water/oil drops was bone dry but there was water leaking out of other parts of it where I didn't even think water could get in to.I'm very jealous of anyone who got a working one cause this product is pretty and adds a very nice ambience to the room but buy at your own risk.

Great product, definitely recommended

I really love it so I am so disappointed! I received one for Christmas, which looked great, but the diffuser didn’t work at all. I returned it and ordered another thinking that one was defective. Well… the new one doesn’t work either. It’s slightly more functioning than the last one but barely diffuses enough to even smell it. So now I have to return the second one. This looks like the only salt rock/diffuser out there so I guess I will be buying a basic one that actually diffuses! So disappointing, I wish they would upgrade the diffuser technology so that it’s functioning AND beautiful 😕

The diffuser is seriously gorgeous and has quickly become one of my favorite things in my office. Diffusers and himalayan salt rock lamps are two of my favorite things and when I saw them paired together so beautifully I had to buy it! There is one major thing that people should take into consideration when setting up (I've seen a lot of people saying that the diffuser doesn't work and at first I thought mine didn't either!). The diffuser comes with an incredibly generous amount of salt rocks. If you do not arrange them carefully, the metal that relays electricity to power the diffuser will not touch and it will not work. I ended up taking a few of the salt rocks out so that it sat flush with the power components and I have not had a problem with the diffuser since! I took mine to my office but I want to buy one for my home office and living room!

Loved the product but didnt get the batteries for the light. Its definitely not as pretty as it would be lit up.
