This is easy to use and set the temperature on. You don't need to store it when you are done because it looks good on your counter. I like that it has different functions and settings for the temp. The stainless steel insert will brew the perfect pot of loose leaf tea.

I absolutely love this electric tea kettle! It is so easy to use, and being able to dial up a specific temperature for various types of tea is amazing. Today was the first time I used the removable strainer to make an entire pot of tea. Keeping it warm for 2 hours was an added bonus! I did remove the tea strainer after making the pot, because I didn't want the tea to steep for 2 hours. I would highly recommend this for your tea loving friends.

I have always had a Breville tea maker. Mine finally stopped working, rather than pay the $259.00 for a new one, I decided to buy this for right now. It actually works fine. It isn’t the same quality but also much cheaper.

I've never written a bad review for anything - so this is my first. This product has to be the WORST designed piece of XXXX ever. It's astounding to think there were product engineers, material specialists, systems engineers but worst of all - design engineers who could possibly invent such a waste. There really is three things wrong with it. First the 'programming'. No instructions of course but the best I can figure out is, it takes three actions on three screens to set it going. Next the illogical lay out of the tiny screen but the worst is the unbelievable design of the lid. You're not going to believe this, but they put a rubber gasket ring around the lid that DOES NOT attach to the body of the kettle. So the lid comes completely off which is where it makes the product unusable. The lid is prone to 'fly' off every now and then. Three times it has actually landed INSIDE the body of the boiling water. It's irretrievable until it's cooled down. The lid and spout are badly designed so that the boiling water kind of 'spurts' out all over the place. Recommendation - stay well away from this piece of junk! I'm going to get a hammer!

I use this kettle to warm up water for my tea and my babies formula. It’s the perfect temperature setting for her formula. It’s very easy to use and warms up quickly. It’s very affordable. I haven’t used it for herbs yet but this makes my life easier.

Things I like: custom temp control, easy to use.Thing I don’t like: bought two and they both have the same defect of the temp selector knob incorrectly installed causing it to scratch the base and not as smooth.

Worst product so far I have purchased from Amazon.Auto cut dies very early and we were just saved from big mishap in my home.My kitchen cupboard was all swelled up beacuse of the continuous evaporation of water and finally kettle element started to burn..
