Kalms Night, 56 Tablets - Traditional Herbal Medicinal Product Used for The Temporary Relief of Sleep Disturbances

Very soothing

The pills are small and easy to swallow. The strength is good enough as well for me. I only take 3 even though the label says that take 4 25-30 mins before sleep but even just that much works for me. I get a good deep sleep (tracked on my apple watch) and wake up feeling fresh and active instead of being tired when waking up

Really effective at getting me to sleep, or calm down.

I have very mixed feelings about this. On one hand, very easy to take and somewhat works. But on the other hand you have to take 4 (5 for me since 4 didn't work) each night and I don't think the price is worth (56÷4) just 14 nights. It's kind of deceiving. Also it starts to become less effective the more you use so I don't think I'd recommend this.

Unfortunately due to Perimenopause I'm suffering from insomnia.I literally cannot fall asleep & it's been that way for a good couple of weeks now.Trying to get a Dr appointment isn't easy & so out of desperation I decided to try these.The reviews looked good but unfortunately no such luck with me.Night 1.... Took the 4 tablets & within half an hour or so, my head felt fuzzy & so I thought yes & headed to bed.Well heading to bed is all I'm doing but no sleep.Afew hours later my eyes were still wide open.Night 2... Took 4 tablets again, this time alittle earlier at 9pm hoping that they would kick in before midnight.Well 3am & my eyes were still open.Night 3, I decided to take them & head straight to bed without any waiting.Well, I waited til the sun actually rose the next morning because I was up all night.It's to the point now where I've given up on these tablets.They might of worked for some people but for me, it seems as if they're actually helping to keep me awake rather than help to me fall asleep.By the way, it's 3.50am right now as I write this review.Thought I'd give them another go.Took 4 tablets again at 8pm. Almost 8 hours later, no sign of me falling asleep, never mind sleeping.I was hoping that they would be effective but unfortunately not.

These do seem to work well: I take them "last thing". Possibly better not to take too many at a time, just in case they should prove a tad addictive. They're labelled as "temporary"...
