Great product, well packaged in easy to use amber dropper bottles with clear labeling and nice design. Terrific customer service! I emailed Color Tree with question and within a day got a thorough response with additional useful information including .pdf of more updated guide on MMS. I separately ordered and used a test kit that confirmed my solutions achieved the target ppm concentration of chlorine dioxide (ClO2), despite the solution color being yellow (if you have Jim Humble’s Jan 2019 book he advised should be brown, but he also recommended getting test kit to confirm), ie, ClO2 concentration is what matters more than depth of color, which is only a rough indicator of ClO2 concentration As per Color Tree the depth of color can vary by temperature, which explains why I observed yellow but still achieved target concentration. Would buy from Color Tree again.

I had purchased this product and was sent the non-nitrile droppers. The HCl dropper corroded after a couple of months. I contacted the seller and within hours, they were offering to send me a brand new kit with upgraded material that won't corrode. I never had a seller respond to me that quickly and be so willing to resolve the issue. The CDS kit is perfect for my needs. I will continue to purchase from this seller in the future.

First of all, the packaging was outstanding. Shrink wrapped, then bubble wrapped, then sealed in a bag, and then placed in a high quality box. That level of attention to detail is not very common.The two bottles are very attractive with one being a deep transparent green, and the other transparent cobalt blue. And the price was an outstanding value. The box included a card with an assuring message of authenticity.Super satisfied with the purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this item to have when needed...usually use another brand.The droppers are horrible and makes the product unusable.Ive got to see if I can buy new bottles with new droppers.Just not acceptable when using for MMS....the drops must be EXACTLY correct.

Bottles arrived carefully, professionally packaged with a "care card" inviting me to contact the seller in case of any problems. I'm a first-time user, and I followed the J Humble procedure to the "i"and the "t". The mixture of the drops turned to amber color within the designated time frame, I poured in the distilled water, and used it. I had a fan blowing air at me just in case. I thank the seller for taking the time to package the contents so well, and adding the "care card" as well.

I've bought other liquid products in small bottles from Amazon before and had them leak... These bottles have a safety seal on the cap, a shrink wrap around the bottle, which is wrapped in bubble wrap and then put in a vacuum seal bag. No chance of leaks and it would take a massive force to break one of these bottles in the shipping box. They were also a couple dollars less than other sellers and ship faster. I plan to repurchase from this seller going forward and I look forward to all the benefits making MMS is going to bring into my life. Thanks Color Trees. I'm already impressed just upon unboxing.

I believe the rubber from the squeeze dropper is deteriorating because tiny black fragments are sucked up and deposited in my glass when I make solution. Of not for that - I'm happy with price and product.
