These have been amazingly useful for two visually Impaired friends. They love them!
I purchased these as a gift for two friends who are both blind. They seem to really enjoy using these glasses. The wife uses them for things like sorting mail, reading mail, reading signs ect (keep in mind she is completely blind so just being able to go through the mail and throw away the junk mail is a huge deal). The husband likes to just walk around having the glasses describe what things look like including dogs and.. What kind of birds he hears (They’re surprisingly accurate) What kind of cars are parked on the street outside. He also likes the sound quality for listening to music and audio books. If you have friends or family who are visually impaired they should try these glasses. I just wish I could afford a second pair for my friends so they don’t have to share but I’ll get em a second pair eventually.

Great for when you need to catch that perfect moment
Perfect and fun. Son took them on trip thru NY and to Bermuda, lots of fun pics at a simple click, and didn’t have to pull out his phone and miss the perfect pic!

Don't buy through Amazon
It isn't due to Amazon that I say don't buy through them, but due to the experience.RayBan support is only if you purchase direct through them.Meta support is only if you purchase direct through them.The pricey glasses aren't my first pair, so when they wouldn't sync to install the 10.0 update (the specific error is in the picture), I knew something was wrong.I did all of the trusty troubleshooting options and then contacted Meta support. Because the glasses were not purchased through them (even though it was the Meta store on Amazon) they couldn't offer support beyond typical troubleshooting.I then reached out to RayBan and was given the same response. I even stopped in person at a RayBan store while on vacation, hoping in person would get better results.Ultimately, both companies recommended I return the glasses and buy direct through either Meta or RayBan to get their full support for faulty glasses.

Amazing glasses
These things are amazing! Fit great too. Love the AI features and being able to capture the moment without taking my phone out. Highly recommend!

Customer support worthless
I like these, and use them, a lot. BUT, if you have need of customer support, forget it. After three days of simply sending me a copy of the help menu, which I had already read and which did not deal with the issue (how to turn off announcing every text message into my ear) they ended by sending me the link to their help page (where I began.) WORTHLESS!
