Seems good screen quality good some aspects do not work [ zoom and others ]

Bought this for my 88 year old Dad who wanted a camera with its own dedicated screen as he doesnt do smartphones! Works well aver a decent range and looks the part BUT as with all.of these "wireless" cameras you still have to drill a VERY LARGE hole in your wall or fascia to get the THREE short combined leads with enormous connectors through and into the dry interior of your house. In this case the three connections are power lead , Lan lead and Reset switch lead Combined they are too thick for a small hole and they are too short to go through two courses of brickwork. The screen is good and its a simple touch to operate. It comes with batteries as well as a transformer so can be taken anywhere in the house which is great but the lead on the mains transformer is VERY short so requires an extension when you want to run on mains for any length of time or to charge the batteries. Instructions are wsy too complicated, poorly written and frankly make no sense at all. This is a good product especially for the elderly but let down badly by silly design faults that could easily be avoided with a little thought.

Great piece of kit, I fitted it in our restaurant area and it works very well, the only thing I will say is make sure you have got a socket near by for the monitor as the charge doesn't last very long so we fitted a socket next to the monitor so we can charge it when it runs out. But it is great very clear picture, there is a bit of a delay but nothing to drastic.
