Works effectively
An effective voltage regulator. I am using it to convert 24VAC to 12VDC in a control panel working an air siurce heat pump. The unit produces a steady voltage, open circuit, of 12.3V and when loaded to 700mA it gives 12.2VDC.It runs continuously so I am expecting it to function for a long time, only time will tell!

Not quite as pictured but perfectly fine.
As you can see from the photo it's not exactly as in the product photo but is actually a slightly better spec. Output is actually 12.3V (not 12V) which actually suits me better and voltage can drop to around 13V (DC) before the voltage starts to drop off.It's perhaps not as efficient as I'd hoped but overall it's good value for money and well built.
