This is very well made, it’s solid. Easy to assemble and it looks the part. I assembled it by myself, it took me around 3 hours due to my arthritis in my hands. The fire is great also. Heats my living room up very quick. It’s a pretty decent size. I have my 55” tv on it and it sits nicely on the unit. Going to add some LED lighting to it. It’s very well packaged.My mum loves it as well and wants me to purchase another one for her.Only downfall was the delivery. Was delivered by one man from DHL. The delivery guy was great but he couldn’t lift the box up my stairs as it exceeded the limit he’s allowed to lift on his own. He used a trolley to take it out the van and bring in. So it does need two people to lift it and even at that it’s still very heavy. I ended up opening the box up outside and taking the parts up my stairs myself.

When ordered, I only wanted this unit for the fact that it was a TV unit and heater all in one, perfect for my sitting room. Well, I have to say, it is bloody marvellous! Quality is amazing for the price, and the functionality of the heater is actually a lot better than I expected. The flame effect is really nice, and the noise level is minimum. Weight wise, it does weigh a fair bit, but that is to be expected when you want a sturdy unit like this one. Took my wife and I about an hour and a half to build it (would have been quicker if she didn't keep swiping my screws and tools), but once built and in place, it just fits perfectly. Our sitting room is about 12ft × 16ft, and this heater warms it up just right. Will be buying another one for the my gaming room soon enough.

I put this together took over 4 hours I’m no expert but when I took the last piece out of the box I was disgusted to find a factory damaged piece that had been badly repaired and the part sent out as new. I complained to the manufacturer as Amazon said I’m not covered under their guarantee and they asked for photos and would I except £30 compensation I never answered about £30 I then sent photos 3 times and they say they have not received them? They are now offering me a refund if I take it apart and re pack it for return. This is so annoying as to be honest it is a nice sturdy unit and we were pleased with it but to know they send out damaged parts as new just shows the quality of the manufacturer’s

This arrived by DHL a day early and it was lucky that we were in, fortunately the driver was able to lift the 48 Kg 2m tall monstrosity into the house. It really should have been packed in 2 boxes to spread the weight. What on earth I am supposed to do with the mountain of packaging left, I have no idea.I am 81 and can't kneel down so assembly was a challenge, it took e 3 days to finish, not helped by the numerous holes that I had to drill (that's a first for a self assembly product and I've assembled a few).Having said that it is a lovely piece of furniture as well as a nice fire. The fire is the same make as the one in our other room and the remotes are interchangeable (though their layout isn't the best).

We love this unit. Assembling was not too easy but finished product worth the effort
