I got these and a few others and pregnant first month!

I ordered this product for my daughter. She tells me that she is well aware of symptoms that are associated with the condition. She has been taking been taking the for a few weeks now and although she hasn’t noticed significant results yet, she does feel that her energy levels have improved. We are hoping this is something that continues to improve the more she takes the supplement. The tablets are powder filled capsules which are odour and taste free. They are a decent size but are still easy to swallow and aren’t overly or uncomfortably big. She takes 4 at night and it’s been really easy to add to her daily routine.The instructions recommend taking 4 tablets a day – that means the bottle will only last a month, and she thinks that nearly £17 a month is quite pricey for a supplement, particularly if you pay for other medications as well. We think if it works for you to alleviate symptoms, it is worth what you are willing to pay for it.Overall, we feel hopeful that they will alleviate some other issues found with the condition such as mood, lack of energy, etc.

There is no flavour to these tablets and despite the fact they are large capsules, they are easy to swallow. The serving per day is 4 tablets which personally I hate. I take other tablets too and having to add an extra 4 tablets a day is too much for me so for that reason alone I wouldn't rebuy these but also due to it being 4 tablets daily, means that this is only a one month serving for £13.99 (current price) which I think is a lot and not something I would want to spend every month without seeing miraculous results which I am not yet seeing.

A work colleague of mine has PCOS, very young so quite sad. Got these as a gift for her after she mentioned her usual supplements cost her £25 for a single months supply. As this product is priced £5 cheaper it offers significant savings in the long run. As to the product she reviewed the ingredients informing me all the relevant supplements were included, label was informative and the product was well presented. It's also UK made which is a bonus as it's nice to support British manufacturers wherever possible. Given the relatively limited time afforded me to review this product it is not possible to say if it is inferior / superior to her current supplements but all the signs seem positive, no adverse reactions. Therefore I'd recommend this product.

Been using these for over a month and I have to admit they have been beneficial. I find they have improved my fatigue, most likely due to them containing B12. I like the fact they are easy to swallow and have no taste. More than happy with this product and the benefits I'm seeing to my wellbeing.

This supplement contains inositol which helps with hormonal balance and menstrual cycle support.The bottle contains 120 capsules which will last long time.The capsules are small and easy to swallow without any nasty odour or taste.The good thing is that its suitable for vegetarians.Will be able to comment about the effectiveness after some time.

I couldn’t to take these as I had low energy dizziness and headaches. Although I have PCOS and high insulin I have normal blood sugar levels so think the inositol must have reduced the blood sugar. It was a really horrible experience so I chucked the tablets away.

My partner has been taking these supplements for around a month now and has noticed a change in her energy levels and mood and she seems to have more vigour which could be attributed to these capsules.She was complaining that her energy was low and recent blood test results showed a deficiency in iron so we also included some iron tablets into the mix to see if her energy came back, which it has.This 120 capsule pot seems to be reasonable value at just under £10 at time of review considering the supplement mix. Bought seperately and you'd probably pay more for supplements such as chromium, B6, B12, Myo-inositol so these have them all in one.However my partner wasn't happy about having to swallow 4 which is the recommended dose. She would probably go for a 1 capsule a day dose next time so would probably look for a high strength dose in the future.The capsule size isn't hard to swallow though being the size of a regular painkiller with no discernable taste or aftertaste.As with all supplements always check with your health care provider before taking supplements.
