Missing Critical Parts — Cost Me Over $1,000 in Lost Revenue
I ordered this flower cart specifically for an event and it arrived WITHOUT the bins to hold the florals. These were not optional parts—they are essential to the function of the cart. Because of this, I had to cancel my event last minute, losing out on over $1,000 in revenue. This is completely unacceptable. There was no warning in the listing, no separate shipment notice, nothing. Just an incomplete product that left me scrambling. If you’re a business owner or event planner, do NOT rely on this product. It’s unreliable and cost me dearly.

Dented, but still works
Came with a dented piece, but would have been too difficult to return such a large item. It looks mostly okay but wish something at this price point didn’t have issues.
