I love the board and all the different things you can do with it. I don't use the bands, but I guess it is an extra workout I could do, but bands aren't really my things. I plan on cutting some foam and putting them on the grips as I have had a pretty big surgery in one of my wrists and from time to time it is painful. It comes with a workout plan where you can follow a guide which I thought was good. I modified it to how I like to do my pushup and intervals but overall, a good product.

So far this board is great. A good value for the money. The materials themselves seem sturdy so far for the few days I've owned it. My upper body is SORE! And to me, that means it's working lol. It lost a few stars because of shipping. It came insanely late as far as shipping is concerned. Ordered on Black Friday and didn't get it until last week... Unacceptable. And somehow one of the metal pins that is supposed to be attached to the board to hook the bands to the board was hanging out of the slot and eventually fell out on its own... I have no idea how that even happened because that metal pin was insanely hard to get back into that slot! I literally had to use a hammer to hammer the pin back into the hard plastic slot and put a cloth over it to prevent damage and nicks to the board because I don't have a rubber mallet hammer. Because of how hard it was to get back it I assume the board was shipped to me with that issue... This is a safety issue considering I didn't notice it until after my workout. Not good. This could've popped out during a band pull and injured me or damaged some property in my room like a TV screen. Safety and property damage hazard. Overall though, this board is great and does and will do exactly what it's supposed to do. I recommend it.
