The media could not be loaded. Recently installed waterfall and it worked a treat until. I noticed a leak coming from the plug. Put loads of plumbers tape to try and stop leak. Did this several times until I noticed the plug had a very small hole in the Allen key hole. Sending back and getting refund. Would have contacted the seller but it just goes straight to an amazon help desk.If this fault never happened would have left at least a 4 star review.Having received a full refund reordered waterfall and now installed.I had an old connector from our last filter box which can be seen in the video. The plug fitted nicely and pleased to report no leak.So really pleased so have up my star rating from 2 to 5.

This will not be installed until our garden renovation is complete, but on arrival we're very pleased with this spillway. It seems well made and the joins are tidy and clean. It is supplied with pipe joins to go in the screw-threaded hole on the back. As expected there are no electrics or lights. The item is packaged securely for transport and arrived in perfect condition. Overall we are pleased - will update if there are any snags at install time.

The waterfall feature arrives well protected, and looks great. You don’t get the pump, hose or v lights but that is stated in the ad so what arrived was what was expected.The are two inlet holes, one in the bottom section and one at the back giving flexibility to how it’s installed.Overall, high quality product.
