Great customer service
I bought a four pack of these WiFi plugs. They are easy to set up, and work very well, but one of them stopped working about 2 months after I got them (the other three are fine). I contacted the supplier via Amazon, and they offered either refund or to send replacement. I opted for the replacement, and they immediately sent a replacement for the broken one plus a spare.In my experience, any company can have a problem with a product. What is most important is how they deal with the problem, and they were excellent. It gives confidence when buying to know if problems do arise, they are dealt with swiftly.

A game changer for people with disabilities.
Love these smart plugs.I have failing mobility, and these plugs help me control appliances with my voice or my phone, even when I'm not at home, for things like putting my electric blanket on for when I get home to warm myself up, or using with lights as a burglar deterrent. Even have the kettle on one so it can pour me a hot cup of tea for when I get up. A game changer!What's more, these are really easy to set up and literally take just seconds each to do. And compatible with google home.

Work great
These worked great once they were set up. Used them to control Xmas lights. If they were easier to set up would have been 5 stars, but they were a bit annoying.

Great product. Easy to set up and use. Good value for money. No problem with connectivity even with plugs on a different floor to the Alexa.

Easy to install
So easy to install compared to my other plugs. They virtually installed themselves and as I already had the smart life app installed they connected to Alexa automatically. Pleased with my purchase. I’ve not used any of the energy monitoring data the plug can provide

Should've got more
Easy to use , its great for my plug in car charger can turn on and off via the app and even turns itself off when usage drops below a certain point

Hard to use
Rubbish. They don’t work well at all. Maybe it’s possible to connect them to my Alexa app butI have neither the time nor the spirit to figure it out.
