yes, it is exactly what it looks like. and if that's what you're looking for, it's probably the best one you're gonna find out there. love that it comes on a piece of extra fleshy colored yarn. perfect size for a necklace :) all in good fun... makes for a good photo opp if you're a jerk and your friend ever passes out at your place. no we'd never do that! okay, maybe we have. it's definitely an odd present, but it's gotten more than a few laughs out of it, which is well worth it's investment if you ask me. pretty funny. strange, but pretty funny, not going to lie.

I have family that love Halloween and can just imagine all the funny creative uses they could find for this “apparatus”. It’s a rubber or silicone material so it’s somewhat realistic, I don’t know how much detail we want to get into here but the size is on the stubby side. As far as colors go it’s got zombie vibes for sure. Most definitly for adults only parties/places. Good value for the price.
