Display is too dark. Dead Pixel. Cool voice commands.
Beautiful looking monitor; however, the display is way too dark. During the daytime, I need to put the front light on to the highest setting and turn on a monitor bar (still not a good experience).I am including an image of the device next to an Amazon Kindle Scribe and a Boox Go 10.3. All devices have the front light off. Notice just how much darker the Bigme monitor is.The device also arrived with a dead pixel (second picture).The voice commands are a good feature.

Low-Quality Monitor, Edited Marketing, and Frustrating Returns
The media could not be loaded. The monitor does not match its description and is of noticeably low quality. It’s clear that Photoshop was used in the marketing images to make it appear more appealing than it actually is. Additionally, the customer service is unhelpful and makes the return process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. The user interface is really confusing as well.

Great Monitor helped my eye strain
I was having constant eye pain and headaches for more than 1 year. I tried Blu-light glasses and Blu-light screen filter on my monitor. It helped a little but I was still getting headaches and eye pain. It was not until I got this monitor that my eye pain got better and the headaches were gone. The mouse pointer is slower than my previous monitor but it was a trade off I am willing to take for my eye health. The monitor has different modes: In Text mode text looks best but the mouse pointer and scrolling is slow but it has no ghosting. In Web mode the mouse pointer and scrolling is faster but has a little ghosting. In Image mode photos looks best but mouse pointer and scrolling is the slowest. In Video mode mouse pointer and scrolling is fastest but has the most ghosting but it will auto refresh in couple of minutes to eliminate ghosting it is best for watching videos. The monitor has a front light but I prefer to used at low settings and shine desk lamp to the screen and looks great. I also like the voice commands this monitor uses to control modes, front-light, and refresh.This monitor has helped me a lot with my issue and I hope it will help others that suffer from a similar condition.
