Super light weight, great tracking. Hard to find the drivers.
So this is an interesting mouse to review because the packaging will not indicate that the mouse is the “Pro” version at all. And the mouse itself doesn’t say “Pro” anywhere on it. I can say that it IS actually the Pro version because I did a tear down to look at the chips and the battery. It has the Nordic chip and a 500 mah battery so it is definitely the Pro version.Out of the box the mouse works great, zero lag, and tracks on my black mouse mat with no issues. I did a test for polling rate and noticed it was only polling at 1000mhz using the 2.4ghz dongle. No drivers were included in the box, just a link to a web page that (at the time of this review) was a place holder with no drivers at all. I scoured the internet and found some drivers from another e-tail site and installed those. The driver lets you change the polling rate and I tested the 4k polling rate and it works well. Just be aware that fresh out of the box it’s 1k, not 4k.The comfort is so-so and the left/right clicks are very loud. So why 5 stars? Well this mouse performs really well and gets great battery life. Its price is very reasonable considering this mouse has much of the same hardware as expensive gaming mice. So after some initial doubts about this product, I can say it’s a solid device.

Is this a good mouse?
Well to answer the question if this is a good mouse or not it’s very interesting. I just bought the structure of the mouse feels amazing and it is very responsive but the downside to getting this mouse is the drivers are very hard to find. They have specific drivers for each model. Another thing to note yes it has 8000hz pulling rate but whenever you use either 4k or 8k your game will lag!!! So I recommend keeping it at 2k pulling hz

Drivers do NOT work DO NOT BUY
The drivers and wireless pairing do not work. I won't download some shady driver from a random Shopify to get this mouse to work wirelessly. The website is confusing, and it takes a while to find the "right driver." Then, the driver from the company freezes and won't wirelessly pair, making this mouse useless. All the directions are in broken English. DO NOT BUY! I'd give it a negative star if I could.

Best Mouse so far
It's lightweight, long lasting battery and responsiveness. I like it a lot, also the switches are great. I hope it lives with me for a long time.

Honestly this mouse is one of the best i ever had
On paper this mouse looks really good but after almost a year of use I can say it really is good. I wish the shape was a tad more ergonomic on the right side but over all its my go to for any FPS games. It still feels solid the the clicks are still crisp. The software does what it needs to do and nothing more. I do have issues using the 8KHz polling rate but idk if its my computer or what. When I have it on and move my mouse a lot it causes my game to stutter. It seems like my PC can't keep up with its rate because if I drop it to 4KHz it is less and when I drop it to 2KHz its gone and so forth. Also to be completely honest I think just having a good mouse and mouse pad does far more for your aim then the poling rate.

Great performance and build quality for an affordable price (although it's marked up)
So, something worth mentioning- this mouse is supposed to retail for 20% less than the current price, but it also appears to be sold out on other sites at the moment, at least ones that ship to the US in a timely manner.I am new to gaming on PC with a mouse and keyboard, I have preferred controllers instead over my many years of gaming. But as I have mostly switched to PC as my platform of choice, I figured I needed to give MKB a try since it's the most precise way to play. My other gaming mouse is another similarly priced wireless model from a premium brand (although limited to a 1k Hz polling rate). The MCHOSE AX5 also feels very premium with its aluminum outer shell and unique exoskeleton design. It feels cool to the touch, since the outside is all-metal. I actually really like this, and it feels pleasant when using the mouse. The mouse is very lightweight, it almost feels like it's floating when you use it. Since the wireless receiver is 4,000 Hz, it is larger than a normal nano-style wireless adapter, you need to use a USB cable to plug it into your PC's USB port, since it only has a female USB C port. You can use the included cable or you can use another cable that you own, in order to save the included cable strictly for charging the mouse (without needing to unplug the adapter to do so). The mouse and the wireless adapter both have LEDs that light up to show that both are awake and functioning correctly. The light on the mouse goes off shortly after but the adapter remains lit up.The software is relatively easy to find on their official website, just search "MCHOSE AX5 Software" and you shouldn't have a problem finding it. The application is simple, but it does everything that I need it to. I was able to quickly adjust the DPI presets, all of the default ones were too low for me, except for one. I tend to use between 3000DPI to a maximum of 7500, I don't really know who uses the maximum 26k option. I find that to be way too sensitive and actually makes it harder to aim.I don't know a ton about mouse sensors and chipsets, but this mouse uses a PAW 3395 sensor and a Broadcom "4k" chipset. The built in battery is 300mAh capacity and is rated for 45 hours when using the wireless 2.4GHz adapter (and 75 hours with Bluetooth). You should definitely use the adapter when gaming, Bluetooth is not ideal for gaming. All I can tell you is that using this mouse is smooth, it feels extremely responsive and good to use with no latency or lag at all. My monitor is a 144Hz GSync Ultrawide display, and in the past, I have experienced latency while aiming using cheaper gaming mouse (with lower DPI) that used a 1kHz polling rate.I am glad that I ordered this mouse, the quality seems to be equal to premium brands and this has a better build quality, it's lightweight, and it has excellent performance for the price. Try to find it at the normal $80 price if you can, it's really a good value at that price point.
