I use this for storing 10ml essential oil bottles. The layer with the holes for the bottles is soft sponge so it can stretch to take something bigger. Not sure what size your paints are, but if they are similar in size to a bottle of oil they should fit.

Hi i brought this and my bottles dont leak i left it upside down once for a week by accident and it was fine. Hope this helps. The bottles fit nice and snug too
