I had this safe for the past 6 months and it is great! The original batteries are still running and it has plenty of space for money, documents and important jewelery. Very nice safe. Very easy to mount to floor. Love the size. Able to put everything in it that my little safe could not hold. Very easy to open and also to set combinations.

My wife and I ordered this safe to keep valuable papers and a few other items and we were primarily looking for a safe with enough space to hold everything we wanted to put in it. This safe fit that bill perfectly. I'm also glad that it's not too heavy to move around if we need to. It was very easy to set up all of the necessary codes and having a backup key was one of our must haves. We have been quite pleased and the safe is functioning just as we desired.

Overall, this is a great value safe. It was easy to use and had little assembly required. It works exactly as expected. I didn’t give it five stars because the knob feels cheap and not super sturdy, but the sage itself felt higher quality. It also has a great amount of storage inside and was easy to lock up.

Great safe, has lots of space to put your stuff! Just like the picture it even has a little light on the side when you open it, so you can see the inside of the safe! Definitely would recommend.

After our old Sentry safe had a hinge break we needed to replace it with something larger. We really love the extra space this safe provides and the features! The emergency power supply and keys provide peace of mind that we don’t have to worry about being locked out. This safe is very affordable for its size and also comes with anchor bolts for the wall and floor. It’s lightweight and functions well. There is even an interior light when you open the door. The safe will auto lock the interior mechanism so you don’t have to worry about forgetting to activate it. It’s important to note this is not a fire rated safe but it will suit our needs perfectly.

Product description is misleading...this safe is definitely NOT fire or water proof. It is fairly sturdy single wall steel construction. There is absolutely no fire protection insulation/material within the safe to designate it as fire proof or even resistant for that matter. While it may not totally succumb in a fire it would offer no protection to documents or valuables other than security. As for waterproof... no way...period!! Two holes in the back and bottom for securing to a wall or floor as well as no door seal pretty much ensures water penetration in the event of a flood, water damage from a fire, etc. I purchased a separate fire and water proof bag which will hold my important documents/valuables while stored in the safe.The safe itself is, again, single wall steel construction and appears to be relatively sturdy and secure. It is fairly light and could easily be carried away by anyone who really wanted it. Securement methods for wall or floor will only slow down a potential thief at best.Set up was easy and time will tell how long the batteries last in the key pad. Having a backup with keys is a plus.Generally a decent product for the money (without the $40 off coupon I wouldn't have bought it) but the supplier should update their description to delete the claim of "fire and water proof". That being said most other listings for similar size safes claim the same falsehoods on their products so suppose it is an industry thing. Do yourself a favor if you do decide to purchase...get a separate fire and water proof/resistant bag to store your valuables in this safe.
