This thing is so much fun! I use to have a claw machine years ago that I would fill with candy and if anyone who came over wanted candy, they'd have to win it.This claw machine as a pretty good grip. I appreciate it's plugged in and doesn't use batteries and the little toys it comes with are so cute! This was such a great purchase for my little ones.

This was a Christmas gift for my 9 year old daughter. She loved it, but the claw mechanism stopped working the same day. I worried this could happen when I read other reviews. She likes the toys that came with it and doesn’t want to return it for that reason. I will find a cheaper claw machine she can use instead. Not worth the price they charge at all.UPDATE: I was able to fix the problem the next day. If anyone else has this problem, I unscrewed the four screws in the four corners of the top of the machine. It appears the chain holding the claw gets into a twist. I turned off the machine and set it on its side with the top open. I pulled the chain gently from side to side and untwisted it inside the claw. Then I turned it back on and the claw mechanism retracted to the top like it should. Also, her machine only moved in 2 directions (side to side). After I fixed it, the claw moves in all four directions: side to side and front to back.

Granddaughters loved playing with this toy.

This claw machine on its own is a cute gift! However, I did decide to customize it to my child's taste. I did separately purchase a set of 2 inch squishmallows to be prizes and they fit perfectly!The prizes that come along with the machine are great as a starter,but they do seem to be a little cheap with seams coming lose on the stuffed prizes. The lights and sounds are really cool and make it feel like the real thing. The size of the machine is smaller but it has sat adorably on my child's dresser which is just the right height to play comfortably. My only design issue would be the functionality of the coin catcher. While it does collect the coins, they spill immediately upon opening to retrieve. This has caused some to become lost.Overall, it's a fun purchase and everyone wanted to play with it during the birthday party, which says alot considering it was a roller skating party!

I bought this to use in my market booth as a crochet vendor and it is perfect. It comes with a USB power cord that I plug into a mobile power bank and use at market events. It came with some prizes included, but I fill it with my own small crocheted keychains/little plushies and it works great. It's a hit with the kids at events and has boosted my sales. The controls are easy to use and understand and the claw actually does grab onto the little toys pretty well. The music is a little annoying, but there is volume control and I keep it turned off in between uses so it's not constantly making noise. I read reviews and compared so many of these little claw machines before buying this one, and I'm definitely satisfied with my purchase.
