Good tasting product and very effective in soothing the throat.

This 20ml spray comes in a glass bottle. The spray works smoothly, and I found no problem with getting the contents to reach the back of my throat. I love the fact that the ingredients are natural with no added artificial flavours, preservatives or colours. These consist of raw honey, propolis, menthol, clove and thyme essential oils and gum Arabic. It is also alcohol-free.I read that Propolis is thought to have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as being a natural antioxidant. In my opinion, a good stand by to have in your cupboard. The spray has a lovely cooling and soothing effect on the throat and I found that the nice strong tangy clove flavour was extremely pleasant. It is advised to use the contents within twelve months of opening, so you have a fair length of time to use it up.

This product range is available in several forms, and this version comes as a spray.It's really easy to use, and tastes good. I find the spray much easier to take than the tinctures I was previously using, although I also use those from time to time.I have not had a cold since I started using this, so I guess that's a positive.This review is of my personal experience with this product and does not constitute nutritional advice.

PROPOLUX - Pure Propolis Spray | Natural Wellness | Rich Antioxidant;I find Propolis one of the very ,very best things I can use for my health.I do NOT get the very bad bugs I used to get without it.I usually use the tincture liquid which is fabulous.I love this throat spray.I use if to prevent. So when I have been in a crown or on the tube I stray my throat as soon as I am home and it keeps everything at bay. From the time I started Propolis, which is many months ago, I have had one light cold only.!! I get very serious chest stuff normally but not with Propolis.This seems a excellent one to me and I love the spray form.Great value for money!! I never get sick. I only wish I had found it years ago.

Pump action is useless. Had to use alternative means. Very disappointed.

I'm used to using propolis in tincture form with a dropper, so I was pleasantly surprised to discover it in spray form. Whenever I feel like I might have a sore throat coming on, a simple spray and I feel like I can go about my day. Just a really convenient alternative. It's an easy recommendation.

And doesn't taste too bad either. Need to try it for a longer term to see how well it works but it seems good otherwise.
