My kids and I have been oil pulling for years but this was so neat and tidy and the extras it came with had my son rushing to oil pull lol he’s 11,, so I guess it the packaging was enough to get him motivated again! I love ashwaghanda everything. This oil pulling is great, really helps & doesnt leave a bad tatse. Refreshing for gums, teeth & breath.

I really like this oil pulling flavor. It’s easier to swish 10 minutes than the peppermint for me personally. My gums aren’t bleeding with this one either. My teeth feel great afterwards and the tongue scrapper is surprisingly easy to use.

I haven’t used it consistently enough to be able to tell if it’s helping with my gum issues. I do enjoy using it and the taste is pleasant. The toothbrush is very soft.

This is an oral mouthwash that is an oil mouthwash. It's different than anything I've tried before and it's very pleasant. It tastes like coconut oil and perhaps something else. I use it several times a week and it does freshen the breath. The claim is that it kills bacteria and is the best thing for oral health care. Bacteria in the mouth travels to the body and is a major cause of disease. So, this is the product for me.

It has a much smoother taste than the mint. Prefer this one much more.
