Very good iron suplement
I was taking this because i lost a lot of blood after surgery, it rise my ferritin level very quick. I had blood test about 10 days since I started taking this, and my ferritin (iron) level was above the range, my haemoglobin was in range. So I guess it is very well absorbed. I stopped take it for some time now. But will take it from time to time later, to finish the bottle:)

Fraudulent ad
The advertisement is fraudulent. It claims to be selling capsules with a dosage of 100mg, but what arrives it's a bottle of capsules with only 20mg each. A careful look at the picture in the ad shows what you get, 20mg per capsule. I can't believe the positive reviewers failed to notice this or to mention it.
