I work in the construction industry and I’ve got to say this tape measurer is light and very sturdy. I use the engineering side for work regularly. It is very easy to see because how bright it is. I like how it doesn’t fall off easily like my others as well.Great product it’s small has a great grip easy to see the measurements and has a great fastening clip.

I work in the dirt every day. This means my tape measures don't last more than a month. It doesn't matter if I buy a $45 tape or a $4 tape. They all see the same fate. Even though I go through them often, I don't like to get super cheap ones because, I'm a professional and well I need 10th and inches, those are not as cheap. This tape measurer for $12 is high quality, and well made. It's one of the better values you will find for a tape measurer. It's not super light which I don't like but it's durable. The coating on the tape is particularly nice and of good quality. I can get 2 25 ft fatmaxs for $19.50 at home depot sometimes and I really like though value wise but I can't get it in tenths. So far this is the best one I have found.

Second time purchasing it for my husband since the first one he lost at work.
