I measured this rangefinder up against one of the leading rangefinders on the market and I can categorically say it just as good. When measuring with slope on or off it gave exactly the same yardages. It's so easy to use. I've just come back from using it on a golfing trip to Spain and it worked a treat for me and I've still not had to recharge it yet. With a steady hand it picks up the flag quickly and the flag lock function is great for accurate yardages.Value for money is spot on.

Used this quite a bit over the last 5/6 rounds. Works well and picks up the flag nice and quickly. Seems to be built well, and for a decent price. Screen is nice and clear.

Unfortunately a calamity with an remote control electric trolley saw it take a dip into the lake on the 8th hole! Whilst pride was dented and a soggy bag and clubs which all dried out, the rangefinder in the bag pocket go ruined and never came back to life after finding itself full of water. This is a nice replacement. Has all of the functions that I need. A good compact little unit and also boasts of some water resistance - I clearly have no intention of submersing it in water deliberately but it's the only one I could find that mentioned some form of water protection so I took the plunge. Easy to use and set up - whilst I never anticipated having to buy another I am happy with this replacement as it has a few more nice features which should come in handy.

Unfortunately I had to return it. The readings were often inconsistent and wildly inaccurate. I would stand on the 100 yard post and had readings of over 50% difference, other times it worked but as I had to check every reading against my trusty Garmin watch there didn't seem much point in keeping it. The product itself is well made and well presented with no criticism of the quality. Perhaps I was unlucky as others have had a good experience..

Great range finder for the price, so good I have bought it twice. Having the magnetic strip on the side is really useful for sticking it to golf carts. Just don't do what I did and leave it on the golf cart on a stag do in Portugal.... Anyway the range finder works great
