Easy Setup, Great Customer Service!
Wireless mouse and keyboard combo. Setup was super simple and easy. The mouse is a nice size for an adult, it is a bit too big for children to use easily. There are handy front and back buttons on the side of the mouse that make web browsing very easy. The keyboard has nice, quiet keys as well as a wrist rest and docking area for you phone or tablet. My phone is a bit snug in the docking area but that is due to the case on my phone, not the keyboard itself. When I received the keyboard and mouse the top number keys and F keys would not work except for the 5 and 6. After contacting the seller I was able to get a replacement immediately. Great service!

Second one works perfect!!!
UPDATE!! The company messaged me and sent me a new one and this one is working great! Thanks for making it right. I was so sad that this one didn’t work but the replacement works like a charm. I absolutely love the phone/iPad mount. It types well. I’m so glad I didn’t give up on them and tried again. It says the batteries are dead but they are brand new batteries. I even swapped them out thinking maybe I got bad batteries and nope. Doesn’t work. Be careful. This is the first time I’ve used it and cant do anything. Super bummed

Very Picky Keys
It feels plasticy...sometimes it doesn't type all the letters that you type. It is lightweight and easy to carry around but if you can find a more efficient keyboard that actually types everything out then get that one...*EditThey sent me a replacement because the first one didn't type all the letters. This new one is much better, types what I want it to type and the mouse is very responsive. It is still plasticy but I knew that was going to be the case. For all those reasons I changed my rating from 3 stars to 4, the plasticy almost toy feeling made me knock off a star.

This was just as advertised.
Very nice keyboard with normal keys and those that were a surprise! Wish it was a bit tipped up because am working on a lowered kitchen counter but can fix that. The touch is good and mouse is as well. Very quiet and not like my last mouse with a loud click and difficult to press. The one USB port for both is so great. I have it connected to a new HP desktop and the keyboard with that was so horrible I had to get a new combo. The keyboard and mouse it came with had separate USB ports and wires. UGH! Cannot deal with all that. My old keyboard with the old HP was extremely difficult to tap and you had to almost damage the keyboard to get it to access the space bar! So happy with this new keyboard and mouse.

The full-sized ergonomic keyboard, complete with a wrist rest, makes long typing sessions much more comfortable. The built-in phone holder is a surprisingly useful feature, keeping my phone within easy reach. The silent mouse clicks and quiet keyboard keys are a huge plus, creating a more peaceful working environment. The 2.4GHz cordless connection is reliable, and the sleep mode helps conserve battery life.

Stiff keys
The keys are stiff on this keyboard, if you like punching the keys then this keyboard will work for you. The space bar is especially bad. You have to make sure your fingers are hitting directly over the key and not from the edge. The rest of it is great. Color, feel, and wrist wrest are nice. Mouse feels good and the battery auto-shuts off to not waste your battery.

Keyboard needs new batteries every week.
First keyboard came missing a key. Replacement was easy and quick. Been using it for 2 months and the keyboard needs battery replacement on a weekly basis. My last straw was 2 battery changes in one week, back to back days, with brand new batteries. I have ordered a Logitech with better reviews, for $5 more.
