Good Product
Ruida Controllers are known for crapping out at the worst time, which my old one did, and after 15 years I'm on my third one.This one arrived very quickly, well packaged and they are easy to install.One thing I would recommend is to save your system setting often so that they can be reloaded into the new controller, as setting up a new and blank controller to your laser bed is a long and painful process, and It never seems to run the same again.

Replaced OMtech controller
We purchased this controller to replace our OMtech controller on our 130w laser. Even though it is a different orientation it still works. Set up was fairly easy and we just use 3m tape and attached it right above the old one. If you are looking to replace one (ours got hit by lightning), I highly recommend this one.

Easy Upgrade
Simple upgrade to my older Ruida clone? 150watt machine .. Pretty Straight forward, Had to find instructions online for this controller. Would have been simpler if included with product.

Great Tech Support!
I purchased this unit to replace a blown out controller on my laser engraver. I have been having some issues and been trying to have the machine back up and running for some time now. The tech support I have been receiving from Cloudray has been very fast and informative. They are very supportive and extremely helpful in every way. I would not hesitate to ever purchase from this company. I just want to thank the tech support team for all the time and effort they have put out to help me. I am truly grateful. Thank you.

Be careful.
Could not find the instructions necessary to program all the things it can do. Contacted supplier and got very little help. Still looking.

Improvement
Bought this to replaced the Autolaser based machine. Now I am able to use Lightburn with no issues. Not only it has improved the quality of engraving, it has also made it faster. It took a bit of time to configure it for my specific laser but it was worth it.
