AVOID- a bootleg version of the real thing
I’m thinking of returning this one. If I keep it, it’ll be as a backup. It ain’t ready for prime time.I bought it because the original device literally came apart in my hands. Nvidia did a poor job on the pro 2019 model. The build quality is laughable compared to the original device.The problems with remote are numerous. In short, the functionality is not on par with the original remote.1. It doesn’t always connect- meaning you’ll have to re-pair it constantly. I’ve had to do it 3X over a week. That’s 3X too many.2. The IR function is useless. We used the original to control the volume on our soundbar/sub combo, and the range on the IR is literally 2 feet or less. Means you need an extra remote. Why even include that feature? I don’t many people that use the remote within 2 feet of their devices.3. The back is really difficult to remove. I understand why they made it like they did- but they failed on the design. The original back always slides off- but it shouldn’t take 2 people to open the damn thing.Pay the extra 12 bucks or so and get the real thing. Because this one ain’t it. I basically just spent almost $20 for a paperweight.

Works a few months
Worked ok for 2-3 months then it on and off works by 6 months it sometimes works the not, if it does work it is slow to respond, lags will not recommend
