I am satisfied with its performance. Suction power is good especially for carpet. Cleans properly, Easy to use and battery life is good. Overall I am happy with the purchase. I highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and high performing cleaning robot.

10 days now that i bought it and since then its working as described. Intelligent cleaning with floor polishing action, dust n dirt is sucked away nicely, carpets are vaccumed well and importantly, you can request service anytime. Overall satisfied and worth the price.

Product is ok functionally, but quality seems mediocre.In less than 15 days of usage, the main brush got torned. Raised complaint, but been almost 10days with no technician visit (I live in a major city)However, on message they said, consider it out of warranty, buy replacement from Amazon.Now imagine, brush lasting just 10-15 days. And you have to buy it regularly (costs upward of 1,000). What kind of quality they are providing.Service & ethics is definitely questionable.

I bought it after a lot of research on YouTube and ran ChatGPT research through and comparisons. So for the price what X40 was offering was commendable. It’s priced on the higher side but not as expensive as the other ones that are priced above a lakh.It’s just been a week I bought it. The setup was much easier than what I assumed.I saw a lot of comments here about the product not returning to the dock again. This is definitely an error that happens but it’s not something you need to worry about.Of course the first time it happened with me, I was devastated, but then I realised that the error only happens if we haven’t mapped the robot properly in our house. So I mapped it and it works perfectly fine.So I read these comments here, about the product and thought I would provide with an unbiased opinion through my experience so far.Excels in cleaning, marks on the map the dirtiest spots in the house. Customisable suction power as per your need.Care free operation.You can set it up to capture pictures of the “obstacles”You can also schedule it to do the cleaning at a customisable, time and frequency, daily, monthly-Friday, weekends, etc.Whenever your robot isn’t able to find its way back to the dock simply delete the map and start mapping your house again.I will surely come back and edit this if I were to change my perspective about this product if at all anything goes wrong with it or if I discover something that wasn’t very obvious to me as a user.I hope this is helps! Good:-- cleans well both vacuum and mopping- high suction and deep cleaning- easy to clean the robot-product quality, fit and finish is really good- corners are covered well- speed of cleaning is good. Takes around 40 mi s to vacuum and mop my 2bhk- auto dust cleaning is excellent feature and works well- tones of customisation on easy to use appBad:--A bit noise especially during vacuum. I am getting g flapping noise for some reason when it is operational- the dust collector is huge and bulky but not a deal breaker- Comes with big plug with 20amp rating. You will need adapter small to large 3 pin converter

It is a little big in size but performance is great !!. Build quality Mopping and navigation all is good.

Don't purchase this product. Dreame doesn't have any working service centers yet. In case of any fault in the product, you'll be left with no solution after having purchased this expensive 60k machine, calling their customer care for months, who keep telling you to wait, but no one comes to your home. And being a complex machine, it is bound to have faults and stop running one month or the other. All the while your wife/mother will keep nagging you as your house is not getting cleaned and together with that, there is no one to hold accountable for the faulty product. It's not worth the headache.
