I’m 44 and I am desperate to find things to help me through perimenopause. Day two of taking this product, I noticed my pregnant looking belly, completely disappeared back to my normal Pouch. I feel so amazing and back to my old self. I also felt like I could eat an entire cafeteria at work and I have no control over food the last few weeks. After taking this, I feel my appetite is now back to normal and in fact, I don’t crave to eat anymore. This has been an absolute lifesaver as I felt. I was losing control of myself. I’m going to continue taking this and also hit the gym. So grateful for this product. And for those that say it’s quite costly for the ingredients, I think this company makes hopefully a good quality products compared to others in the market. I also take the month for menopause, which is helping with my severe muscle aches from head to toe I feel less fatigue and more energy, taking that one as well.

I was feeling bloated everyday it was horrible , I don’t feel like that anymore and I don’t eat a lot I drink a lot of water helps with energy at work I’ve been loosing weight it’s really good I recommend it

I used these for a month I kinda don't really see much of a difference.There easy to digest but pricey.I guess am going back to a similar product I used before. These are easy to swallow just not much of a difference. Am not as moody so that's how I know these are some what works.

Works good

I used to use a Walmart brand to help with hot flashes. I mainly experienced them at night and occasionally 1-2 times during the day. While using the Walmart brand, my hot flashes were gone. With this new product, it's like I'm not taking anything. As for the slimming aspect, I have not noticed a change. In terms of probiotics, again, I have not noticed any change in digestion. I am very disappointed because I read all the reviews and thought it was a great product.

Seems to be doing what it says

Was a great product. Until it became hard to get. When you need something that actually works, and it is always out of stock,,,,, you tend to find something else that works and is available

I’m only on my second day of taking these and so far it makes my tummy hurt more and giving me gas. I don’t think I want to continue taking them.
