Great Cereal ;-)
I am a weird one, I don't like wet cereal, I eat all cereal dry, this I eat the larger pieces as a trail mix thingy and the bottom of the bag gets like crumbs, so I add it to my yogurt, but I love it, the ingredeitns are good in my humble opinion, I look for soy free, erythritol free, low sat fat, low cholesterol...I also like low carb and high protein...thanks Julian Bakery for leaving the recipe the same too ;-)

TASTY & HEALTHY
LOVE ALL the cereals Julian Bakery make. Just add some berries or other fruit and yogurt , milk or protein drink and you have best tasting breakfast. To be honest I often have this for dinner.

Disgusting, with No Resemblance to Actual Granola
I was so excited for ProGranola. And now I am incredibly grossed out by it! It tastes like chemicals. And has the consistency of cardboard. For the life of me, I can't understand how this gets good reviews. I tried eating it in my Greek yogurt and couldn't finish it. Whatever they use for sweetener (Monk fruit?) has an awful taste. My body tells me that this stuff can't be good for us. Processed food.

Very Tasty--but beware of overindulging
This is one of the tastier keto-friendly gluten-free granolas that I've tried. The only drawback is it caused me a little bit of gastrointestinal trouble from over indulging. I had one of those weird days where I was craving only cereal, so I had a bowl for breakfast, a bowl for lunch, and a bowl for dinner… I'll spare you the gory details, but suffice it to say I had to stay pretty close to the bathroom for about a day or so afterward. Good thing is I find that if I only eat one bowl, I don't experience the same effect. So I guess I'm subtracting a star simply because I can't make a pig of myself with this stuff. Ha ha!I've always loved granola cereals, but after developing some autoimmune issues, I had to quit eating most granolas because high carb foods aggravate inflammation. Really glad to see that more companies are now coming out with low-carb options. This one has a really great texture, and since I love coffee, too, this flavor really appeals to me.

Priced Way To High!
My girlfriend uses it mixed in her yogurt in the morning. She likes it; I think it tastes like cardboard. About twenty bucks for the “large” bag; needs to be cut about 60%.

Cookies for breakfast!
Super crunchy, tons of egg white protein with seeds and coconut shavings, and only 97 calories!!! So this is nutritious, low-cal food with a crunchy texture. What's not to like? Expresso is my favorite flavor but the vanilla is great too. About half the bag or more is composed of the larger chunks which I call "coffee cookies". I separate them from the rest of the bag as soon as I open it. I can dunk them in coconut milk or my morning Teechino (coffee substitute). So good!!! The rest of the bag gets added to smoothies or hits a bowl with milk just like I used to eat regular cereal. Occasionally, there are fewer "cookies" than I want but that problem seems to be happening less often now. This granola has become my comfort food while I'm dropping weight. Thank you Julian's!!! Paleo granola is a hit in this household.

Tastes like saccharin! UGH!
This, as well as their other flavors, has a very strong saccharin taste. As someone who has dieted often, I know that taste. It is not listed in the ingredients. Did they deliberately leave that out? If not, what is it that I am tasting? It’s such a strong flavor and it taints the natural flavor I was looking for. It’s almost intolerable to eat.
