Q: are these 1/8" like most of the others? the one i need to replace is a little thinner than that.

Yes, it is. I would think if the spring is strong enough the 1/8" one would work. The become squashed from the pressure after awhile.The one I pulled out is 1/8". I see some others in the bag that are thinner. Appears to be 1/16" inch. What thickness do you need?

Q: How do you replace the worn gaskets on grolsch bottles

I purchased the gaskets from Amazon. They worked well. You just have to remove the worn gasket from around the lid and replace it with the new one. I have to replace them about every fourth time we brew new beer.

Q: What color will I receive if I order these?

The color shown in the photo is fairly accurate.
