The massager is easy to use and feels nice on the face and neck. I recommend applying a cream or moisturizer first and then using the massager. It’s a great gift idea if you’re unsure what to give! At first when using this the sound was intermittent but it is making it all the time now so I assume that is correct. I've asked the makers if this is correct, so will await the reply or someone who has bought one can explain to me how it's supposed to sound! particularly on the red setting ! Also what does the gear switch do? does it increase the power?PSI've now realised this is supposed to be an intermitant noise I'm very pleased with it, it does give a prickle feeling with certain creams on certain areas but I think this is when you need to put more cream on when in use. The gear switch is to up the power which is quite noticeable ! I do find it has tightened up certain areas so I would buy again !
