I was a little skeptical to buy a weight bench at this price point and expect much from it but I have been extremely satisfied. This bench is very sturdy, especially considering how light it is. Folds up nicely to be tucked away if your space is limited. Provides enough adjustments to allow you to do a wide variety of exercises. I feel like this bench could compete with benches that are double or triple the price.

For the price it’s a good bench , feels sturdy and it does the job. So for the price a 5/5 and if you want to compare it to a bench $85 and up I’d say a good 3.8/5. Although it is a bit short I am 6’0 exact and my head does go over the bench when I sit and lay, Other than that it’s a reliable and good bench.

Bought for my wife, easy assembly, pretty stable and durable. Easy adjustment, and comfortable in her words. Good bench for the price.

It is a good starter bench. Plus, it folds away.

The seat part should be longer or adjustable. I can't sit on the seat of the adjustable weight bench and do sit-ups because the design doesn't allow enough space or support. Instead, I have to sit on the backrest, which provides a better position for performing the exercise properly.

This was an excellent purchase as a exercise bench, yet cheaper than most. Use it a lot and it is sturdy and easy to use.
