Big, safe, and fun!
Trampoline was easy to install. Took me 2 hours with no help. Instructions are easy to follow and parts go together easily. Kids love it! It’s huge, has great bounce, seems to be made of durable material and is stable.

Great trampoline, nice size
The trampoline itself is great and the set-up was fairly straight forward. The rectangular shape fits well in our yard and the "springiness" of the trampoline is awesome. We had a slight issue with the instructions, but figured it out within a week when bolts were breaking.

Great price and big!
Trampoline is super bouncy and durable! I didn't have it anchored down the first time and strong winds flipped it over bending a few of the net holding poles. I contacted the company and they sent a parts list for me and only charged for shipping. My daughter loves this trampoline and I can't recommend them enough!!! Great company and nice people!

We love our trampoline!
The media could not be loaded. We got this trampoline just in time for our 2 year old daughters birthday party. It took my husband himself(himself) 3.5 hours to install the 9 by 15 size trampoline. It was so much fun for the kiddos at the party, it increased huge value for my backyard. I especially love the design of the rectangular shape which helps save so much space in our yard. I also love the no gap design, safety is definitely a key factor when we purchase anything for our kids. Overall, a great purchase, package came in perfect condition, easy to assemble, kids love it!

Great qualtiy trampoline with amazing Customer Service support
I did a lot of research on 15ft trampolines with safety nets. I picked this particular trampoline due to the high build quality and all of the great reviews. I ordered several weeks before Christmas and good thing I did. The trampoline came in 3 boxes as mentioned in this description by a preferred shipping company. The largest box was damaged in transit which wasn't ideal so emailed Zupapa Customer Support and within a few hours I got a response. They asked me to open the box and take inventory for missing parts and damaged parts. I took a picture of everything in this box to help Customer support representative. Within a few hours I got a response and they immediately expressed shipped a box with all of the missing and damaged parts. I will let you know i used a cart to move the 3 boxes since they were large and heavy. I read through the i included instructions and watched a video on assembling the trampoline on YouTube. You get a nice pair of gloves and tools to build the trampoline. The trampoline went together fairly easily. I did install high wind anchors since we live in a windy area. I had a great experience working with this vendor and would highly recommend Zupapa Trampoline.Follow up 9/28/2021I sent an email to the Zupapa Customer Support Team. I received a response in a timely manner. I needed to order a support pole for the net pole due to a tree getting struck by lightening. A huge piece of the tree fell on the one side of the net and bent one of the poles. We had a birthday party happening in 3 days time. I asked if there was any way to add 2 day shipping to the order. The Customer Service agent took care of the entire situation. I received the pole in 2 days. The support team tracked the order to make sure it arrived on time. I installed the new pole when it arrived. I sent a follow up email thanking them for all of their work. It was so nice having the trampoline for the birthday party. The best part was they took care of the entire bill for the 2 day shipping and the pole. That is amazing Customer Service.Sincerely,David C

Pretty good trampoline - really deserves 4.5 stars, but not the full 5
We purchased this approximately 2 months ago and I have to say this is a quality product. It is very much like our old trampoline, but we upgrade to the larger size. Honestly, I can't see that the extra 1 ft diameter makes a huge difference, but I feel better when we have 3 kids jumping at the same time.Initially, we were a bit disappointed with the bounce level on this trampoline as it didn't seem to bounce as high as our old one. I thought it might be due to the make up of the springs. This set has the standard silver ones, and our old one had ones with a golden finish on them. According to some reviews the gold make a better bounce. I'm happy to report that after 2-3 weeks though of break in period, the silver springs included seem to do just as fine as the old one and the kids feel this way too.I do like the fact that safety pad ring is sewn into the trampoline and there is no gap between the pad and the outer metal frame. However, the kids are less careful now and sometimes stray more easily in the pad zone which isn't meant for really standing on or bouncing on. We'll have to see how the stitching holds up between the pad and the bouncing mat. I'll update this review if anything comes up.Why did I give this trampoline only 4 (4.5) stars? Here's the one difference between this trampoline and our old one. The old one had spring metal button that would snap into place when you slide the metal frame pieces together. I never appreciated this functionality until I went to move the new trampoline. Since they don't have the spring loaded buttons, when you pick up the trampoline to move it, the metal frame legs fall out. I used to drag our old one around the yard with minimal effort by myself when I was mowing the lawn. Now I find it has been a major pain in the rear end as legs fall off the edge I lift on. Not a huge deal, but frustrating nonetheless. For the premium price on this one, I didn't expect to have this problem. As a work around, I went ahead duct taped the poles where the join together with duct tape. It's not perfect, but if wrapped tightly, it keeps the pieces together as I move it about. We've had it for about 2 months and it gets almost daily use. So far only one of the straps underneath has snapped that hold down the safety pad, so I'd rate it as pretty durable. I'm about 200 lbs and I've gotten on with my two kids who both are under 100 lbs each so I can attest to the weight rating. We really like that it came with a ladder and the round tarp cover. The only downside with the tarp is that water pools on top of it instead of flowing thru the mesh of the jumping pad. If this is a problem for you, just don't use it.I would definitely buy this product again, but just wish it had been a little bit cheaper when we purchased it. Especially given the minor issue with the legs falling off when moving it.p.s. Like other reviewers, I didn't get all boxes on the same day. If I recall 2 came the first day and the last was delivered approximately 5 days later. I don't blame the seller on this, but given the size of the boxes the delivery companies are forced to break them up shipping wise I would suspect otherwise a single truck might be dedicated to just one delivery which isn't very efficient.

Easy to assemble and bounces good
The trampoline was easy to assemble. It bounces good. My granddaughter loves it and practices her trampoline routine on it.
