No aftertaste, and not too difficult to swallow with water. I’m using one in the morning and one before bedtime to spread out the benefits that magnesium can give over the day.

Great benefits, easy for me to swallow, the daily dose is 2-3 capsules a day with some water an a hour after eating They're on the pricey side of cost at £18.04, discounted from £18.99 that they're currently selling for. Given the complex mix of magnesium which makes them more absorbable and beneficial to the system. They're decent. I recommend these.

No issues
I've been taking magnesium supplements for quite a while now, and gave these ones a try. They're a magnesium mix, I've heard of the citrate and glycinate ones but not the other 2.The tablets are quite large, but very normal for magnesium supplements and I've gotten used to taking these.I've had no issues with these, no negative effects, so I can recommend.

Easy to take
These magnesium tablets are easy to take. They are reported to have several benefits that you can read about elsewhere. I have been taking about 2 tablets a day and have had no negative effects up to now. They are easy to swallow for an average person.Recommended if you need to take Magnesium. Please always consult your medical practitioner when taking medicines.

Large capsules but easy to swallow
These capsules are useful to have on a daily basis. Magnesium is as an asset in helping in easing aches and pains, as well as reducing levels of fatigue. The pot is well secured and clearly labelled. The dosage is one capsule three times a day and with 90 capsules in the bottle this should give around 30 days worth. They are quite large in length but they are fairly easy to take.It's worth bearing in mind any other supplements you take which may affect the dosage. I also use a Magnesium cream and taking the full dosage of these capsules did give some side effects. I would recommend these Magnesium capsules to anyone that needs a boost in terms of energy or relieving aches and pains.
