Don't buy this coffee maker
No markings on inside, or outside of coffee urn on how many cups you are making. The water gauge on the outside shows a water level but not how many cups. No instructions on ratio of water to coffee grounds for 20, 35, 50, 75, or 100 cups of coffee.Looking for a better product!

Doesn’t stay on
The urn doesn’t stay on so it doesn’t percolate. Barely heats up liquid. We’ve only had it for two months and used it only twice. Do not recommend this product at all.
